Brexiteer logic: "Anything I don't agree with is trolling! Free Tommeh!"
Arguing with Brexshitters is as futile a task as expecting Chickenheads to admit fault. They are quite simply too stupid.
The current May Agreement was emphatically rejected. PM May won a no-confidence vote by the skin of her teeth and clearly promised cross-party talks to find a more agreeable solution.
Here she is stating that, starting @1:46 ..
and then we get this:
She needs to go, I don't care how it's done but she needs to go. She is a nutter that says one thing and does another time and time again. She's a freaking witch that needs burning at the stake...The Times says the prime minister has halted the cross-party approach to Brexit.
The Spectator website says Mrs May's aim is instead to try to put the Tory-DUP alliance back together by getting concessions on the backstop rather than trying to find some cross-party consensus.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the prime minister is considering rewriting the Good Friday Agreement - or negotiating a separate set of principles with Ireland - setting out how both sides would guarantee to avoid physical checks on the border after Brexit. But the paper says the plan to add text into the agreement is likely to prove highly controversial and would require the consent of all parties in Northern Ireland.
It also quotes senior sources as saying the suggestion is a "non-starter" and the fact it's even being considered underlines the political crisis Mrs May now faces.
Apologies if you found this last night. It's on youtube now...
I've been saying she's clearly not well for some time. The Tories must know they will face a wipe out at any general election with her as leader, last time she managed to blow a 20 point lead in 3 weeks.
We're leaving because we think we are overall better off out than in, plain and simple.
Swallowing the Belgian's bile, as it appears you do, we were a disruptive element throughout and they're glad to be rid of us. Then try and match that with reality, and ask why it is that those who matter not just want us to stay but create obstacles to stop us leaving.
Fwiw successive PMs tried and failed to do precisely what you suggested - cause a change in direction, but the gods didn't want that, so now you are free to continue bullying members into submission while building the great empire, and we can move on with what we believe is better. What's so difficult about that?
Mandaloopy:
Thanks for reminding me what great holidays I had there as a nipper. I think you are probably right about your town getting little support, in or out of the EU. There are hundreds of seaside resorts around UK in the same state of despair.
Skegness, Yarmouth, Bournemouth, Blackpool and Rhyl all have happy memories, but seem to be stagnating. It’s a bit like all town centers and high streets. These are generational changes, just like healthcare and housing, but I don’t see any point in blaming European or uk governments for causing the problem, but for failing to implement effective change.
As we are not the USA, throwing money at the problem just will not work.
Maybe the hardship of brexit and climate change will help stabilise coastal resorts, but again it is not the solution to everything. That is why we employ MPs, who for some reason, seem to have their minds occupied with stuff that they consider more important.
again I am on your side, and we are not creating obstacles to leave, you are perfectly free to fuck off without a deal, and we are prepared for it
it seems that your government and elected MPs don't want hard Brexit, not even BoJo, so go crying to them for your Brexit frustrations
and here we go again, another round of "wtf Maybot is thinking"
Brexit: May looks for way to break deadlock

Theresa May will try to convince Tory Brexiteers and DUP MPs to back her withdrawal deal by resolving Irish backstop concerns, cabinet sources say.
Last week, Mrs May said she would focus on cross-party talks to get a Brexit deal accepted by Parliament.
But it is understood she is now seeking to win approval from her own benches, with the government unlikely to win widespread Labour backing.
Downing Street insisted that cross-party talks were continuing.
Mrs May held a conference call with her cabinet on Sunday. It is understood she wants to show the EU that MPs could back a deal without a backstop, in the hope of encouraging Brussels to soften its position.
Norman Smith, BBC assistant political editor, said anyone waiting for a Plan B would be "stuck at the bus stop for an awfully long time".
He said that reports over the weekend of the possibility of a bi-lateral agreement with the Irish Republic or a rewriting of the Good Friday Agreement had been "kiboshed" by both governments.
"It is back to the backstop and trying to find some sort of breakthrough", he added.
The backstop is the "insurance policy" in the withdrawal deal, intended to ensure there is no hard border between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic after the UK leaves the EU.
Mrs May's government agreed a withdrawal deal with the EU in November - covering topics such as the "divorce bill" and the Irish border - but it was rejected by MPs by a majority of 230 votes.
If Parliament doesn't approve a withdrawal agreement, the UK is due to leave the EU on 29 March without a deal or transition period.
She just can't do compromise. She confuses that with seeming decisive.
She's spent her career trying to emulate Thatcher, but leaves out important parts of Thatcher's schtick.
For example, if you're going to screw the working class then make sure you keep the police well paid.
May is a bit of an enigma isn’t she. No one seems to know what madness she will subscribe to next, least of all, her good self.
At least she is keeping the invertebrate troll amused if nothing else.
And every move she makes seems to anger Troy, who has morphed from Mr reasonable and objective, to Mr angry all the time.
I forgot to thank Mandaloopy for reminding me, by association, just how poor the Tory second team is. Almost as grim as the 1st team.
At least the last time this debate was on in the 1970s, we had some political heavyweights to lead and inform the debate. Back then you needed more depth than a TV presence, some genuine knowledge and the ability to form a reasoned debate.
Anyone who is interested in learning from history might like to take a look at this polemic of the 1970s. Clearly written with heavy socialist bias, it does none the less provide some context to conditions today.

There's good reason for my anger Switch. The last thing I want to come out of this silly Brexit ordeal is renewed violence in NI.
You may have heard of the recent attackers being dubbed the new IRA.
Answer the question then Troy who is going to build this border? Both the UK and the Micks have said even in the event of a clean Brexit they won't be.
I’m going to call bullshit on that. Sorry Troy but you have been much more irascible for weeks now, way before some absolute amateur thugs tried to grab some headlines in the province.
I suspect your confidence in any kind of deal, has been undermined by the conundrum that May has become. I said it before, there are no quality leaders any more. It’s going to wire on the shakiest of interventions, that might or might not work.
Wait and see, try to remain calm and civil. Remember, the Gent is like Farage. A rambling nonentity.
What ???????Seekingasylum
BuriramboyAnd that is because you and the other 17.4 million Brits are fucking idiots.
You applied for that Irish passport yet and renounced your British citizenship?
he's applying for mickizenship??
