If the Tories had any sense they'd elect Kenneth Clarke as their "safe pair of hands", scrap Brexit and hold another GE.

But we are in land of the fucking blind so fucked up that any fucker with one eye could be king.

What a clusterfuck. It'll be a cold day in Hell before anyone will be stupid enough to let the British public vote in a referendum again, surely the dumbest electorate this side of Fuckwitzville, Redneck County, Alabama.
Difficult to disagree, but slagging everyone off doesn't address the current situation.

We know her surrender Treaty will not pass, not even with a gun to Parliament's head as she runs the clock down which appears to be the plan all along. Even she's beginning to see this, disgraced and out on a limb having failed her co-conspirators who will not come forward to bail her out.

This makes no deal the increasingly likely outcome, and I'm all for walking; sure it presents a heap of problems but they are temporary problems which can be overcome, keeping in mind that 'no deal' kicks off further rounds of negotiations on the few items not yet agreed, while the EU won't be kicking our devalued currency out of bed any time soon. So no matter how tough it will always be manageable, and far better than unconditional surrender in perpetuity to the whim of those that cannot survive unless you are seen to fail.

I don't think the meaningful vote should be put to Parliament again. It would be ridiculed if it passed and ridiculed if it failed again. Instead, free votes should be allowed on all possibilities to see if there is a clear way forward to leave the EU. If there is then select it, otherwise revoke A50, which should always have been the default position.

Lino needs to eat humble pie and tell the nation her government has failed them. Instead of blaming others, she needs to blame herself and her government. A 30% pay cut and loss of 3 years expenses would be a good starter for ten.

If Lino resigned and bo-jo made that kind of speech as leader, he'd be on a winner, just as long as he explained why he was revoking A50.

I don't know, for me that's stuff you put on the kitchen floor but wtf's a 'meaningful' vote? does it mean the referendum was not meaningful, or that the next one will or might be depending on which way it goes, or the first 'meaningful' vote that told her to fcuk off and die was not meaningful enough so the dumb fools should keep voting till they really mean it?

I get it that this bizarre Brexit circus has generated new words with entirely new meanings, like 'managed no deal' and even 'no deal' which is a scenario that doesn't exist, but what type of vote can be meaningful in the absence of votes that are meaningless?

Theresa May has told MPs that a third vote on her Brexit deal may not take place next week "if it appears there is not sufficient support".

European Council President Donald Tusk said on Friday that Brexit's fate was now "in Britain's hands".

EU leaders have agreed to delay the departure date by at least two weeks.

If MPs approve the PM's deal next week, Brexit will be delayed from 29 March until 22 May. Otherwise the UK has until 12 April to propose a new plan.
    'Clear choices'

In a letter to all MPs on Friday evening, Mrs May said: "If it appears that there is not sufficient support to bring the deal back next week, or the House (of Commons) rejects it again, we can ask for another extension before 12 April - but that will involve holding European Parliament elections."

That was one of four "clear choices" she outlined, along with revoking Article 50, which she said would "betray the result of the referendum", leaving with no deal, or getting her deal approved next week.

As a leader, Lino needed to pick a team that would move the country in the direction she wished. If the vision was for a Brexit with no Customs Union and to leave the single market, then she should have picked a united team to deliver just that. Instead she picked a team with opposing views and tried to unite them; an instant recipe for disaster, the result of which is plain for all to see.

Let it be a management lesson on what not to do, if nothing else.

The entire Tory party is a shitshow, the old guard, clark, major etc wouldn't touch it as they know Brexit is a bag of turds.

Lets not forgot 'The 3 Brexiteers' were appointed to deliver Brexit, where are they now?

True, a successful leader takes credit for positives that rightfully belong to others, while ensuring those same suckers are on hand to take responsibility for the blunders.

    Lets see who is right...

Pro-Brexit campaigners have been prosecuted for inconsiderate driving while trying to bring roads to a standstill.

Devon and Cornwall police said the lead drivers of convoys on the A30 and M5 were stopped and prosecuted for careless and inconsiderate driving.
