now trading at a midpoint of 40.27. Transfers from Blighty will be looking at 39.30 or thereabouts.

If May does not bring forward the vote and try to introduce some certainty into this chaos the will be in freefall. Once the $1.20 barrier is pierced the markets will not stop until $1.10. I have said since the time of the Tory party conference in October 2016, when the sclerotic cvunt May got on her hind legs and told the world that Britain was leaving the customs union and the free market, that Brexit would bring parity with the dollar and here we are.

This is truly quite remarkable and something that no one in Britain has witnessed before but the really frightening thing is that half the population are too fucking stupid to realise the impact it will have on their wretched little lives.

You really should go back, while your cs and state pensions have sufficient value for you fly home. Leave it much longer and you’ll have to walk, or crowdfund your departure. Stupid old coont.
At least your state pension increases will be added back when you go.

Get the vote over with and get the amendments through so the UK can find a better solution. Surely she can't push her luck again without a vote of no confidence. Problem is she'd probably scrape a pass on that as well. She's dead, history, along with her stupid agreement. It's time for someone with a bit of leadership to take over and solve this mess.

^^ yep - very telling that. No way the UK is allowed to leave the EU Junta. No way.

How very EU. Ref didn't go their way? Call another one until it does.

Problem is though, all these ignorant remainers seem to think that the people who want to leave will simply pack up their placards and disappear into the back ground if they won. They won't. Tory's are orchestrating massive civil disobedience which in turn they will use to further nail the UK into the EU, and introduce draconian laws. I wonder if they will use the excuse of a vast number of British police being Anti EU to legalise Non UK police to come in to crush riots and protests which is the EU agenda after all?

Will be interesting viewing watching these remainers herald in the true despotic regime they flag wave for.

I suppose the tin foil remarks, along with the undemocratic EU rhetoric was inevitable due to piss poor mismanagement of Brexit. It doesn't help when no-one really knows what they want instead.

One hopes sanity will return and put things in order soon.

People do know what they want as in a clean Brexit but as usual the politicians are out of touch with the plebs. Doris is gambling that mps will vote through her deal out of fear for a clean Brexit, going to be intriguing to see how this plays out over the next few weeks.

These wankers wanting another referendum, the only leaders of parties calling for it are the leaders of the Greens and Libdems who poll 10% combined. So no call for it, won't be happening unless life long Brexiteer Corbyn suddenly morphs into a Remoaner. Still leaving, only about 90 days to go.

Crikey, this is all getting a bit Dystopian, surely at heart the EU is there for the people and functionally transparent as evidenced by its financial audits.

TM is right in this, the more she manages to delay the vote the more likely that her deal will fly.

What a crappy PM you have in UK!

The only thing keeping Maybot from the scrapyard are the possible replacements who are magnitudes of fail greater. It would be entirely irresponsible to allow those clowns to run the country in fair weather ...never mind pilot the country through the greatest political and economic storm to hit the UK since WWII.

Just imagine the kind of new trade/visa deals these Tories will be signing with China, India etc to lock-in UK trade for decades to come. The UK will be going into negotiations under a cloud of desperation and having already exposed their hand to the world via the Brexit shitshow.

The Tory party grandees appointed EU Federalist May (having proven herself trustworthy and stubborn enough by covering up their Pedo activities) to ensure we do not leave the EU. That's her mission. If she was replaced, it would be by Boris or some other EU Federalist (which Boris is) who would complete the job, The tories are the enemy within and systematically for decades have been pushing European federalisation for their masters. Tory Blair as well... same same.

The Pro EU idiots love her. She is doing what they want - reversing the referendum result and getting the Uk into the Eurozone. Well they don't realise the last bit because they are fucking stupid.

They told the country they were dealt pocket rockets when everyone at the table could see they had WHIP...worst hand in poker.

The Maybot needs to put herself out of her own misery, no-one else seems capable of doing it for her. It must be the slowest death in English history.

Let's get this vote out of the way and move on.

Nice to see Ireland starting to panic over a clean Brexit now and getting the begging bowl out, if wasn't for the jumped up Micks over playing their hand with this phantom border issue, Doris would have probably got her ghastly deal through. Be funny if the EU told Ireland to fuck off, although watching them extract even more concessions from the Irish will be just as amusing all for a bit of aid. How did that Amazon tax case turn out in the end?
