Yes, yes, more Germany in Europe, it worked so well last time.

The knackered out line that forms the basis of so much BREXIT ‘reasoning’.

If Brexit voting expats love England so much then why do they live overseas?

Britain will open two new military bases in the Caribbean and South East Asia as the country looks to step up its military presence overseas after Brexit, Gavin Williamson has revealed.

The Defence secretary urges Britons to stop downplaying the country's influence internationally and recognise that the UK will stand tall on the world stage after leaving the European Union.

In an interview with The Telegraph in his Ministry of Defence office, Mr Williamson says: "We have got to be so much more optimistic about our future as we exit the European Union. This is our biggest moment as a nation since the end of the Second World War, when we can recast ourselves in a different way... "

He’s prepping his tongue for Hammonds bottom, hoping his budget won’t get cut. Best form of defence is to go on the attack with grand plans.
Williamson is a Brexiteer who supports The PM? Yes, an idiot. lol

ZuK weather is shit. Even government can’t change that.

The main point was the lack of bankers heading to Paris despite the granny grabber trying non stop to lure them since the day he took office. Few going to Frankfurt under protest but seems no interest in Paris. That third world immigrants think it's a shithole too is just the icing on the cake.

The council of ministers is a collective. No one can put legislation before MEPs without the unelected commissions approval. In practice, the commission decides what goes to the floor and they keep sending it back until they get the answer they want.
The council of ministers is a joke. They do what the commission tells them to do. The UK rep is a career civil servant and diplomat. No use at all in processing and understanding legislation by pirates. It’s one of the reasons that the institution is destined to fail. Hugo Chavez was more democratic the the EU commission.

Since 1999 the British government has voted against EU legislation 2% of the time.

You need to provide a few concrete examples rather than just general angst. One where the commission has bulldozed legislation through which EU governments hadn't authorised and MEPs had rejected.

Paris a shithole for immigrants? ok

Banks not going to France for tax reasons I assume, some did move here though

I think most were hoping for a Brexit deal so passporting would mean not moving

but since this is also questioned, maybe they will move to Paris after all

The EU commissioners are appointed by the European Council and confirmed by the European Parliament.

The European Council and the European Parliament are made up heads of state, MPs and other elected officials.

    ...so EU democracy is intact.

European banking is never going to be based in a city that takes two hours off for lunch every day and the whole of August as a holiday.

If it's anything like the pile of unsubstantiated nonsense you were sold by the Daily Express on how the EU is some kind of dictatorship where the UK doesn't have any say ..I'll pass.

Appointments are not elected official are they. Undemocratic. MEPs are nothing but a nodding dog in this, and many other cases.
Please tell the half witted Gent about appointments v elections.
