Not sure what will be achieved thereby. Given that the English demographic still comprises a significant proportion of retards, mongol spastic fuckwits, imbeciles, nazis, bigots, xenophobes, ignoramuses, ill-educated lower class donkey fuckers, the credulous and the merely stupid, the outcome may well be repeated. Problem with referendums is that they tend to be litmus tests taking the temperature of the howling, baying mob in the street and in truth, who really gives a fuck what they think.

The British underclasses and the lower end are simply not qualified to vote on specific issues they ill comprehend which is why we have avoided referendums in preference to pursuing a tradition of parliamentary democracy whereby important and difficult decisions are taken by elected representatives who are equipped to analyse and debate the issues and then weigh them fairly in accordance with democratic principles and protocols.

The seldom understood truth of referendums is that in many instances the vote is used as a proxy for something else - in the 2016 vote most of the trash voting against the EU were simply giving Cameron a black eye for his austerity regime or to keep more niggers, coons and muzzies out of Britain ( the English scum conferred honorary coon status on East Europeans, Romanians and Bulgars ).

The real problem of our democracy is that at present we have a government hostage to right wing cvunts and an incoherent rabble in opposition.

Britain is irreversibly fucked and about to begin a period of long decline for the majority. The process cannot be stopped and the only consolation for we intelligent remainers is that we can enjoy the spectacle of the great unwashed wailing and gnashing their teeth before they lay waste to the Tory party.

Has there been any shift in the polled numbers of your group, recently? I suspect many of your group are all over the age spectrum and many of their attitudes are not going to change much.

I suppose in the scheme of things the more enjoyable aspect of this Brexit madness is the way the afterbirth detritus of the abortion that it truly has become ensures that the Brexit mofo retards keep missing the consequences of their imbecility.

The Brexit demographic of degenerative skin bags containing ever increasing globules of concentrated shit really are oblivious.

In the past five weeks or so, certainly since the farce of May's stillborn Chequers "agreement" was torpedoed by Reel-Mogg's Nazi coup, the BoE and major clearing banks have been buying up billions of Euros. They haven't done this because it's their fucking hobby, they're hedging the certainty of economic disaster that is concomitant to a hard Brexit.

We more intelligent realise the consequences of this. Sterling is heading south and if hard Brexit does occur then it's lampshades for the currency for the next five years.

Stagflation, industrial conflict, wage restraint and recession are inevitable but the real killer is the systemic, seismic re-calibration of an economy coping with a 30% devaluation of its currency over a three year span.

The BoE and big four banks are positioning for this for ground zero that comes with WTO and coon status.

It truly is quite exciting in the way pulling the pin on a grenade and jumping into a swamp whilst sticking your thumb up your arse might be.

you need to play the long game s.a.

in 5 years time, when this brexit thingy has been effected and some form of normality has returned to the country, you will probably be a piss dribbling drooling skeletal vegetable attached to colostomy bags, vitamin drips and oxygen tubes eyeing the world with a 1000 yard stare and lashing out as a team of carers mops up your stinking exudations and spoons you your corn flake and banana smoothy, but most brits, including myself i hope, will be fully functioning sentient beings enjoying the benefits of a revitalised economy, a healthy currency and a reformed stripped down political system that really does benefit the country.

britain is one of many western countries in dire need of a full reboot after 30 years of suffering at the hands of the EU and its ridiculous dogma, brexit will ensure that reboot, but we will take the pain, necessity is the mother of invention and all that, and we will recover admirably and take our position again as one of the worlds most successful trading nations.

others will undoubtedly follow our example and the ridiculous EU will end up a shadow of its former self.

Brexit in turd terms has become the shit that started promisingly then seized up and became a faecal lump trapped in the anal passage, neither totally out nor totally in.

How appropriate the Tories are in power.

it just needs one more deep breath, followed by a lengthy squeeze and a forceful clench.

then out it pops. perfectly formed and beautifully crimped.

    even the germans will applaud.

Quite why you should think an economy that has described a downward arc in manufacturing over the past 30 years should suddenly reverse itself because 17 million or so stupid, ignorant and deluded intellectual pygmies voted to keep out niggers, coons, wogs, greasers and muzzies, and to leave the largest, wealthiest trading bloc in the world, is somewhat mystifying.

The British are essentially lazy, idle, stupid, ignorant and poorly educated with the worst productivity rate in the developed world and have the worst educational achievement rates in all of Europe. The majority are benefit dependent and suckle on the teat of welfare to survive. They have the worst outcomes in health care and are the most drug addicted and alcohol dependent.

In short, Britain is now the ideal test bench for the introduction of Ai in all spheres of economic activity given they are pretty much proven to be the most fucked up useless spastic society in modern Europe.

The thing is, Britain had carved a very nice niche in Europe as a services oriented economy and achieved a form of balance that flatter4d to deceive bt nevertheless it worked. That has been destroyed and now you have only a long slow decline to look forward to, somewhat redolent of the long, slow, dribbling, wet fart so vividly expressed in that vacuous post of yours Tax.

at the moment it is all just frothy speculation, high hopes and scaremongering.

agree and those whining (like cyrille) about how terrible it is that the conservatives are taking the uk out of the eu will be proven wrong in 10-15 years time (eu is sinking in bureaucracy).

of course, the pseudo-intellectuals reading the guardian every day, will give you the "deer eyes in the headlights" look when that is mentioned.

Your predictions of doom may be right and it certainly does look as though Britland is heading for a mini ice-age over the next 5 years. But what do you think the EU will look like in 5-10 years? While the Titanic sinks, should the toffs take comfort in knowing that steerage are going to drown?

Look, we actually haven't had "brexit" yet, the metrics of the economy, discounting sentiment, have not changed one jot since the referendum except for the devaluation of Sterling £ reflecting the near universal opinion that leaving the EU was the dumbest, most fucked up thing the Brits have done in modern political history. Jesus, even the Greeks realised quitting was for morons and you know how fucking stupid they were.
But now the markets are beginning to think a hard Brexit is definitely a serious option and the verdict has been delivered - a £ now at $1.27. I had to transfer funds recently and received a rate of 41.80 baht.

I cannot hedge this loss since all my incomes are denominated in £ sterling but I can hunker down and ride things out simply by not spending and steering clear of debt.

And that is why Britain is fucked if the Tory right wing nazis have their way and crash out sans a sane deal. Sterling will hit $1.10 fir sure and the only way the 30 million average working Brits are going to survive the consequences is by tightening that belt and giving up conspicuous consumption, any hope of wage increases and an increase in public expenditure. Stagflation is a given and the aftermath will last over a decade. It will be known as the lost generation reminiscent of the 1980s when Britain came to terms with its manufacturing failure to compete and finally accepted that the EU was a bulwark against global risk which is why Thatcher was determined to remain in it.

The loonies are now taking over spouting utter bilge in lieu of any leadership rooted in economic reality which is why the world's markets and traders are shorting Britain across the board.

Brexitism is a mania and nothing else.

In the end if the government does not shrink from the abyss it is heading into then parity with the US$ and 85c Euro is inevitable.

With our current account deficit and an indifferent manufacturing base coupled with our welfare commitments it is more than likely that a WTO Britain will be Europe's Argentina.

It doesn't take a fucking Einstein to work it out - Jesus, if a bunch of Septic money guys led by an algorithm can fucking work it out then even the dumbos here on TD and the British mofos can work it out.
