I'm becoming increasingly convinced that he's just a troll and that does that sort of thing to attempt to annoy, get abused for it, and then play the wounded duck.

Nobody can be as dumb as he is and manage to access the IntraGoogles without supervision. He's basically just a parody of a Trumptard at this point.

Don't get me wrong, he is legitimately dumb, he's just not that dumb.

    OK.

How about Herman Cain is a fucking idiot who hasn't got a clue what is going on with the Whitaker appointment?

And neither have you, obviously, if you keep posting the same shitty opinion pieces thinking it's news.

‘Preparing for the worst’: Mueller anxiety pervades Trump world

Half a dozen people in contact with the White House and other Trump officials say a deep anxiety has started to set in.

Lawyers for President Donald Trump and his son Donald Trump Jr. insist they aren’t worried about special counsel Robert Mueller.

But half a dozen people in contact with the White House and other Trump officials say a deep anxiety has started to set in that Mueller is about to pounce after his self-imposed quiet period, and that any number of Trump’s allies and family members may soon be staring down the barrel of an indictment.

Then there are the president’s own tweets, which have turned back to attacking Mueller after a near two-month break.

Thursday morning, Trump launched an oddly detailedcondemnation of the special counsel and his team: “They are screaming and shouting at people, horribly threatening them to come up with the answers they want,” adding that the investigators “don’t … care how many lives the[sic] ruin.”

The presidential taunts, launched during a week in which Trump has been sequestered with his lawyers to discuss how to respond in writing to a series of Mueller’s questions, have only added to the intrigue that something big is about to happen.

U.S. Is Optimistic It Will Prosecute Assange

The Justice Department is preparing to prosecute WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and is increasingly optimistic it will be able to get him into a U.S. courtroom, according to people in Washington familiar with the matter.

Over the past year, U.S. prosecutors have discussed several types of charges they could potentially bring against Mr. Assange, the people said. Mr. Assange has lived in the Ecuadorean embassy in London since receiving political asylum from the South American country in 2012.

The people familiar with the case wouldn’t describe whether discussions were under way with the U.K. or Ecuador about Mr. Assange, but said they were encouraged by recent developments.

Ecuador’s relationship with Mr. Assange has deteriorated sharplysince last year’s election of President Lenin Moreno, who has described him as a “stone in our shoe” and said his continued presence at the embassy is unsustainable.

Can't be too soon. The entertainment value of Trump Snr having a tantrum and Trump Jnr bawling his eyes out will be a highlight of the year.
Will Snr throw Jnr under the bus to save his own skin? I give it 2-1 odds on. Will Jnr fall on his own sword (having been promised a yooge compensatory package from Daddy) to save Daddy? I call 50-50.

I'm looking forward to the tax returns.

I don't think that they'll contain any massive revelations other than confirming what has already been suspected -- he's not as wealthy as he is and he has been rorting the tax system -- but to a malignant narcissist like him it will be plenty damaging.

Charges have been filed. Under seal, but inadvertantly advertised as having been laid.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been charged under seal, prosecutors inadvertently revealed in a recently unsealed court filing - a development that could significantly advance the probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election and have major implications for those who publish government secrets.
The disclosure came in a filing in a case unrelated to Assange. Assistant U.S. Attorney Kellen Dwyer, urging a judge to keep the matter sealed, wrote "due to the sophistication of the defendant and the publicity surrounding the case, no other procedure is likely to keep confidential the fact that Assange has been charged." Later, Dwyer wrote the charges would "need to remain sealed until Assange is arrested."
Dwyer is also assigned to the WikiLeaks case. People familiar with the matter said what Dwyer was disclosing was true, but unintentional.
Joshua Stueve, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia said, "The court filing was made in error. That was not the intended name for this filing."

You're not suggesting that the Democrats would subpoena his tax records and then leak them are you?

The GOP would be outraged. They wouldn't dream of leaking anything confidential to the press. **

Trump probably did hear screaming and shouting, but it was on the other side of the door in his own White House.

It seems Mueller has asked for an extension of Rick Gates' sentencing because he hasn't finished squealing like a canary yet, and has gone to assisting with AN investigation to assisting in A NUMBER of investigations.
