Stormy Daniels' arrest at Ohio strip club during performance a 'complete set-up', lawyer says
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office on Thursday provided a photo showing Stormy Daniels.
(Damm best mug shot I've seen!)
American adult film actress Stormy Daniels was arrested at an Ohio strip club and is accused of letting patrons touch her
in violation of a state law, her attorney said.
Key points:
- Stormy Daniels allegedly touched the patrons' chest and allowed them to touch her
- Court records show Daniels posted $8,112 for bail
- Her lawyer says she will plead not guilty
While Daniels was performing on Wednesday night (local time) at Sirens — a strip club in Columbus — some patrons touched her
in a "non-sexual" way, her lawyer Michael Avenatti said.
Twitter: Just rcvd word that my client @StormyDaniels was arrested in Columbus Ohio whole performing the same act she
has performed across the nation at nearly a hundred strip clubs. This was a setup & politically motivated.
It reeks of desperation.
We will fight all bogus charges.

An Ohio law, known as the Community Defence Act, prohibits anyone who is not a family member to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer.
