I'm not a fan of the Royal Family but openly disrespect the Queen a 95-year-old woman who has met every US president since 1952 just puts Trump on a new low if that was possible.

See above. The buffoon was too full of himself (and ignorant) to follow normal protocol when waking with the Queen of England and walked in front of the Queen, and also made her keep up with his pace. Whether your like royalty or not, it behooves a visiting head of state to follow normal ettiquette. It also behooves any ordinary person to show a bit of respect and consideration to an elderly woman.
