    Another one bites the dust.

Trump aide abruptly fired – then hired by Trump's 2020 team
The removal came after reports that the longtime aide John McEntee had trouble gaining necessary security clearance
A longtime personal aide to Donald Trump was abruptly fired and escorted from the White House Monday afternoon, only to be hired immediately by Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign, according to multiple media reports and a campaign statement.

Aide John McEntee, whose slight public profile belies his relatively long service with Trump going back to the early days of the original campaign, told colleagues that he had had trouble gaining necessary security clearances, according to the Wall Street Journal, which broke the news.

It was not clear why a clearance issue would have warranted the abrupt removal of McEntee from the White House grounds. Neither the White House nor the Trump campaign replied to a request for comment.

No sooner had the announcement been made than a video was posted on Twitter of McEntee performing incredible trick shots with a football when he was the quarterback at the University of Connecticut. McEntee was a well-known player and the video has been viewed seven million times on YouTube, according to the Hartford Courant.

McEntee formerly worked as a production assistant at Fox News, according to financial disclosure records.

A White House spokesperson said “we do not comment on personnel matters.” A CNN report that McEntee was under investigation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) could not be confirmed. Neither DHS nor the Secret Service would comment.

Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, reportedly had his security clearance status downgraded last month, for as-yet-unspecified reasons, but he remains on the job.

McEntee attended to details of Trump’s daily life, such as supplying him with markers for autograph-signing and turning the clocks ahead with the advent of daylight savings time, the Journal reported.

Other departures from the administration this week so far include Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and under secretary of public affairs Steve Goldstein. Last week, national economic council director Gary Cohn stepped down, and last month saw the departures of former communications director Hope Hicks, former communications aide Josh Raffel and staff secretary Rob Porter.

Porter resigned after a difficulty with security clearances, relating to allegations of domestic abuse, which the White House admitted mishandling.

    What a clown show.
Apparently it's getting harder and harder to hire people to work in the administration because no one wants that blot on their resume.
"In my professional assessment as an intelligence officer, Trump has a reflexive, defensive, monumentally narcissistic personality, for whom the facts and national interest are irrelevant, and the only thing that counts is whatever gives personal advantage and directs attention to himself."

This whole Tillerson thing has become a typical Trump WH clusterfuck.

There were probably legitimate grounds for his firing but most would and did agree that doing it via Twitter was classless. So then what happens? The WH denies he was fired via Twitter and that Tillerson had been previously informed, a State Dept. spokesman commenting on behalf of Tillerson contradicts that version of events...

... so they fire him too.

Why he doesn't re-hire his close friend Hillary? She knows already the jobs...
(Afterwards, he could re-fire her. Ooh, what a sweet feeling...)

Ran across the following on FaceBook. I think his scenario is not far off the truth. How about those tax returns Trumpo?

    --------------------

In case you haven't connected the news dots... Putin controls the largest oil company in Russia. He made a 500 Billion dollar deal with the CEO of Exxon Mobil. Obama put sanctions in place which stopped that deal. Russia then hacked into our government in order to get Trump elected. When the CIA told Congress this in September (James Comey was also in that meeting), Mitch McConnell refused to tell the American people, blackmailing Obama saying he would frame it as playing partisan politics during the election. Comey released the infamous no-information letter. Mitch McConnell's wife was picked for Trump's cabinet. The CEO of Exxon is now the Secretary of State. Wonder why our President has been so quick to dismiss the CIA's findings?.........it gets better..2/...Here are some facts : Decide for yourselves

    1) Trump owes Blackstone/ Bayrock group $560 million dollars (one of his largest debtors and the primary reason he won't reveal his tax returns)

    2) Blackstone is owned wholly by Russian billionaires, who owe their position to Putin and have made billions from their work with the Russian government.

    3) Other companies that have borrowed from Blackstone have claimed that owing money to them is like owing to the Russian mob and while you owe them, they own you for many favors.

    4) The Russian economy is badly faltering under the weight of its over-dependence on raw materials which as you know have plummeted in the last 2 years leaving the Russian economy scrambling to pay its debts.

    5) Russia has an impetus to influence our election to ensure the per barrel oil prices are above $65 ( they are currently hovering around $50)

    6) Russia can't affordably get at 80% of its oil reserves and reduce its per barrel cost to compete with America at $45 or Saudi Arabia at $39. With Iranian sanctions being lifted Russia will find another inexpensive competitor increasing production and pushing Russia further down the list of suppliers.

As for Iranian sanctions, the 6 countries lifting them allowing Iran to collect on the billions it is owed for pumping oil but not being paid for it. These billions Iran can only get if the Iranian nuclear deal is signed. Trump spoke of ending the deals which would cause oil sales sanctions to be reimposed, which would make Russian oil more competitive.

    7) Rex Tillerson (Trump's ex Secretary of State) was the head of ExxonMobil, which is in possession of patented technology that could help Putin extract 45% more oil at a significant cost savings to Russia, helping Putin put money in the Russian coffers to help reconstitute its military and finally afford to mass produce the new and improved systems that it had invented before the Russian economy had slowed so much.
Putin cannot get access to these new cost saving technologies OR outside oil field development money, due to US sanctions on Russia, because of its involvement in Ukrainian civil war.

    9) Look for Trump to end sanctions on Russia and to back out of the Iranian nuclear deal, to help Russia rebuild its economy, strengthen Putin and make Tillerson and Trump even richer, thus allowing Trump to satisfy his creditors at Blackstone.

    10) With Trump's fabricated hatred of NATO and the U.N., the Russian military reconstituted, the threat to the Baltic states is real. Russia retaking their access to the Baltic Sea from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and threatening the shipping of millions of cubic feet of natural gas to lower Europe from Scandinavia, allowing Russia to make a good case for its oil and gas being piped into eastern Europe.
Sources: Time Magazine, NY Times, The Atlantic, The Guardian UK......phew.....did you make it thru all of that?...

    Feel free to share.

Well since you only get your information from right wing propaganda sources I feel comfortable in saying that you are full of shit. The administration so far has refused to impose the sanctions the congress imposed last year in violation of the law. So they would have to impose those before imposing more as you imply. Drumpf has not even acknowledged or condemned the Russians for the nerve gas attack on British soil.

So as usual another shit post by you. Have a red.

I read that baldy orange cunto was considering banning assault rifles and raising the age at which you could buy a gun to 21.

Of course I'm not a senile old coffin dodger and realised immediately that it was bullshit.

I read that Trump went into a meeting with the PM of their closet neighbor and ally and deliberately lied to him and then boasted about it at a campaign event.

    And he actually did.

Would you classify a semiautomatic version of the M4/M16 an assault weapon?

Nope, that would be categorized as a semi-automatic sporting rifle. (I'm assuming you are referring to the Colt AR-15, which would be the correct model designation)

Semi-automatic rifles are not assault rifles. An assault rifle is a selective fire military weapon.

"Assault weapons" do not exist, it is a term invented by leftist gun grabber politicians to fan the knee-jerk hysteria of the anti-gun crowd.

So the Las Vegas dude used legal weapons to kill 70 people? By the way, many companies make AR knockoffs these days.

My next question would be this....how many mass killings have been committed using a single shot hunting rifle?

You piss drinking idiot. Talk about another right wing bozo who is indoctrinated with right wing propaganda. The term comes from the first assault rifle the STG-44 aka the sturmgewehr. Do the research yourself it means to assault in German you utter imbecile. Talk about indoctrination.

That would make a pretty poor hunting rifle, there are better, and ditto target-shooting and the like.

So what ‘sporting’ uses does that have?

Saying something once and being wrong is being mistaken.

Repeating the same thing after being proven incorrect is stupid.

    Why are you stupid Earl.
