"Conservative radio show host Glenn Beck gave a bizzare speech at a recent Ted Cruz, suggesting that the Republican senator will get America through the Rapture.

Beck, who has been campaigning for Cruz in South Carolina, called on Christians during a rally at Rick Joyner‘s MorningStar Fellowship Church to “fall to your knees and pray to God to reveal to you what the hour is.”

“I know there is a God. I testify to you that I see a storm coming,” he continued, saying that God has a plan to save this nation but it requires Christians to do everything they can to elect Cruz.”

I can see where you are trying to go with your post. However it is just a ridiculous comparison. Is the US screwed on many levels yes but law and order is nowhere near breaking down. Yes lots of bad cops, nutcase militias and so on. But most of what you must be seeing/reading is sensationalism. Most of the US is perfectly safe the streets are swept, the garbage picked up and the police patrol mostly quiet streets. The same can not be said of Pakistan.

I wish i believed you. One such example of 'pakinstan america' is Scott Lively. In america just another hard right christian loon. rather like the tea baggers a loud but harmless nutter.... that is until he gets some real influence.... not that hard right christian nutters have ever managed to get themselves enough power in the US to do anything like defile the constitution.

Scott however managed to find him self a place which would take him seriously and give himself some real influence. Yes the god fearing country of Uganda where Scott was instrumental in uganda with its recent life imprisonment laws regarding homosexual behaviour and the current wave of prosecution going round africa.

And no doubt like blue, Scotts having a wet dream over his gay stash just thinking of the day he gets to do this to the US. You have more faith in the next couple of generations of american voters than do I.

It already has Imo, you can see Trump threatening an independent run, this I believe e is a very public part of intense maneuvering and perhaps negotiations going on in the background.

The guys he is playing with are vicious, I am genuinely concerned about his safety.
