Kill the NRA...
Kill the NRA...
So lets see, the right posts all manner of shite on the net but one nutjob posts something anti-NRA and Infowars and their adoring fans are all over it like a cheap fucking suit.
Meanwhile, back in the real world:

A bit of dark humour from Trevor Noah...
Florida are considering legislation to arm teachers, the 'Marshal Program'.
Teachers will be required to pass 144 hours of training, plus a psychological exam, submit to random drug testing, and attend additional training every year.
Which makes sense, but when it comes to anyone outside of the school.. it's like 'yeah just give that random guy a gun, what's the worst that could happen?'
It's like they are so close to figuring it out... just cross out 'Teachers' and write in 'Everyone'
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
Some good viewing.
And before Earl and rpeters et al comment remember.
NRATV is made by the NRA.
Oliver's just presenting it.
^^ Pretty funny stuff fo sure.
I'd never seen NRATV before, bullshit consumerism imho.
The NRA certainly has drifted away from their original MO of firearms safety and education.
Yet I fail to see any connection established between the Parkland FL school shooting and the NRA.
BTW where is the moral outrage against mass Islamist throat slashing or suicide bombing?
^A little further investigation reveals that the Parkland shooter attended a single shooting competition partly sponsored by the NRA.
That's very damning indeed.
Never mind local law enforcement, the FBI and the school itself all received multiple warnings about the psychotic violent behavior of the shooter.
Doesn't see the connection... trots out rote NRA 'Quick, to the Irrelevancy-Distract-o-Tron(TM) Ray!' propaganda...Originally Posted by Mr Earl

Well what else are you going to blame? Teaspoons? Left-handed can-openers? You seem to be working your way through a list of non sequiturs and irrelevances.Originally Posted by Mr Earl
Because if "society and western consumerism culture"* are really to blame then why don't other countries who share much the same issues and problems have the same rate of mass shootings as the US which is way out there as an outlier, Earl?
Do you really need a hint as to what the difference is?
*BTW, brought that mining-rig or any of the other consumer items you've mooted purchasing yet? Which of your seven vehicles do you use the most for your shopping expeditions?

The first but not the last.
Actually a very good question, even if you are probably trying to make a joke.
There is indeed indications that urine therapy can alter your DNA, therefore not just improving one's resistance to disease but also raising one's intelligence.
Sadly though there is precious little research being done because there is no money to be made by enlightening people about the true vast multi-faceted nature of urine.
Which leaves it up to the individuals themselves to discover empirically what urine is all about.
The medical profession has a vested commercial interest in keeping you in the dark about the light you carry within.
...And I'd say it's not beyond the realms of possibility that his DNA has been altered, but it has objectively not raised his intelligence.Originally Posted by tomcat

If that same girl runs into the street was accidentally run down by an automobile.
Should the parents of the girl be charged for failing to instill proper caution of the street and the automobile?
Should the automobile be banned?
Should auto manufactures be liable?
Mind ya there are 2.5 million accidental deaths every year in automobile accidents, by far more than accidental or even intentional deaths by firearms.
Yet no massive outcry about the deadly automobile, why is that Anty McPanties?
Earl,
Automobiles aren't designed to run people down in the street and the process to receive a license to drive and operate an automobile is more restrictive in many cases than that to purchase a gun.
Oh, and also, she wasn't run down in the street - she was shot and killed at her home.
Double oh, try to buy some Lawn Darts in the U.S. You can't. They killed one child and were quickly banned.
Now, would you like to try another obfuscation/attempt to shift the posts/NRA Irrelevancy-Distract-o-Tron(TM) Ray... ?
