Is a persons height an important factor in their ability to think, plan and execute actions? Possibly in a cage match, which of course is very, very important to some in the world.

I imagine the ability to asses risks, review opportunities and act ,"throw a stiletto accurately", (ref the Italian gangster boss in a recently suggested here, thank you Davis Knowlton, movie), maybe a higher priority.

Putin's plane has the same colour stripes as the Malaysian plane ie; they're almost identical aircraft.

Other than than the 380s all Malaysian airlines planes have 2 engines. Even the two which crashed, one in Ukraine and one allegedly into the the Indian ocean were 2 engined Boeing 777-200ER

Russias Presidential are predominantly Ilyushin Il-96-300PU and have 4 engines. Which I suspect an attacking aircraft would see clearly, as well as the 4 con trails being clear from any missile launch teams on the ground.

It's difficult to ascertain Putin's plane at the time as in the past he has utilized both 2 and 4 engine aircraft.


It's also difficult to know what went through the pilot's mind when/if in the 'attack mode' and didn't take proper target procedure, could he read English - did he bother, or just focused on the white fuselage with the same coloured stripes - probably an easy but disastrous error.


What we do know is the Russians had good relations with Malaysia and Holland, had no reason to bring down any airliner and this attack was a terrible tragedy.

The outed and named pilot has since committed suicide.
