No it doesn't at all. It suggests a rational conclusion based on the real evidence available, as opposed to all the bollocks you've posted in this thread about chinky patents/diego garcia/remote control planes.

And there are several precedents, Silk Air being the most obvious one.

Ok...totally off the top of my head, wasn't Silk Air one of two previous cases ? And weren't the mental health problems of those pilots know but ignored, or else covered up by the pilots, and revealed later ?

The pilot of 370 had none and I believe it says in the report that there was no indication. The only thing in relation to his mental health that can possibly be deduced is that his political hero, Anwar Ibrahim, had been jailed again just days before that.

Hadn't he recently separated from his wife?

Lots of murder suicides happen because of marital strife.

They did a voice stress analysis of his last transmissions and they were normal.

Apparently it was amicable, but with Malays you never know what is simmering underneath.

The word "amok" originally described Malay behaviour.

Running amok, sometimes referred to as simply amok or gone amok,[1] also spelled amuk, from the Southeast Asian Austronesian languages (especially Malaysian[2] and Indonesian[3]), is "an episode of sudden mass assault against people and/or objects usually by a single individual following a period of brooding that has traditionally been regarded as occurring especially in Southeast Asia's Austronesian cultures, but is now increasingly viewed as psychopathological behavior".

Amok originated from the Malaysian/Indonesian word meng-āmuk, which when roughly defined means "to make a furious and desperate charge".[6] According to Malaysian and Indonesian cultures, amok was rooted in a deep spiritual belief.[7] They believed that amok was caused by the hantu belian,[8] which was an evil tiger spirit that entered one’s body and caused the heinous act. As a result of the belief, those in Indonesian culture tolerated amok and dealt with the after-effects with no ill will towards the assailant.[9]

Although commonly used in a colloquial and less-violent sense, the phrase is particularly associated with a specific sociopathic culture-bound syndrome in the cultures of Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. In a typical case of running amok, an individual (often male), having shown no previous sign of anger or any inclination to violence, will acquire a weapon (traditionally a sword or dagger, but presently any of a variety of weapons) and in a sudden frenzy, will attempt to kill or seriously injure anyone he encounters and himself.[10] Amok typically takes place in a well populated or crowded area. Amok episodes of this kind normally end with the attacker being killed by bystanders or committing suicide, eliciting theories that amok may be a form of intentional suicide in cultures where suicide is heavily stigmatized.[11] Those who do not commit suicide and are not killed typically lose consciousness, and upon regaining consciousness, claim amnesia.

An early Western description of the practice appears in the journals of Captain James Cook, a British explorer, who encountered amok firsthand in 1770 during a voyage around the world. Cook writes of individuals behaving in a reckless, violent manner, without cause and "indiscriminately killing and maiming villagers and animals in a frenzied attack."[12]
A widely accepted explanation links amok with male honor (amok by women and children is virtually unknown).[13] Running amok would thus be both a way of escaping the world (since perpetrators were normally killed or committed suicide) and re-establishing one's reputation as a man to be feared and respected.

Rational implies actual facts/"real evidence", that have been confirmed. We currently have none that cannot be assigned to alternate explanations, whether factual at not.

At best the current state of the "investigation" is being driven by many different actors. Who may or may not have ulterior motives.

But you carry on with believing in possible fairy tales, fed to you by fabulists.

The problem with whackjobs like yourself that even if the shit you make up doesn't fit your fairy story, you'll stick with it anyway.

I, as you know, prefer facts rather than speculation. Which facts are true is the question we should all endeavour to uncover.

Assuming the amount he paid was not recovered in other ways or if indeed it mattered to him. Not all are so wound up about their bank balance. Some spread it around to enlighten others to the joys wealth can bring. Some count every satang and begrudge any expense that isn't immediately returned in kind. Some forsake all wealth and become saints or higher.

If RT or the Chinky state media said Cap't Crazy man flew the plane to its doom, OhOh would swallow it without question.

France has reportedly reopened its investigation into missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

The move, reported by French newspaper Le Parisien, comes after a long-awaited “final report” into the disappearance of the plane in 2014, published on July 30, failed to provide an explanation.

The aircraft was travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing when it disappeared on March 8, 2014 with 239 passengers and crew on board.

The long-awaited 449-page Malaysian report into the disappearance
angered families of the victims, who said the lack of answers was either down to a cover-up or incompetence.

They issued a statement calling for the Malaysian government to release all data so it can be analysed by independent experts.

Doesn't matter if it was shared under mutual agreement of non-disclosure.
