Koh Samui Long Term rentals...

Hi All

Can anyone recommend an apt block for long term rentals in the Chaweng or Big Buddha area? I'm looking for 1/2 bed, A/C and ideally with a pool for 15k-20k a month. I might be dreaming money wise if I am please can you let me know what I should expect to pay.

easily, we were looking at a really nice condo at bang rak village, nice pool, gym even had a pool table 12k month cheaper if you go longer for sure

I am looking to rent a 1 bed apartment or something nice on koh samui for 6 months.
price's would help please close to a nice beach if possible
