    Maybe they are referring to a nice type of dirty and if so the Penthouse in Pattaya would be right up there with the nawty/ dirty hotels in the world.

    No, I've not stayed there and am unlikely to... Looking over the TripAdvisor reviews they are all fairly rabidly unanimous - probably best avoided!

    In all fairness though this poll uses only reviews posted on TripAdvisor so whether or not this is a representative slice of the travelling public who knows.
