| The dog seems to have lost the use of both it's back legs at the same time, it doesn't look like it's been hit by a car and though it's near the soi coming into my building the cars there do not drive particularly fast (its just after a small turn in the road) so I doubt that was the cause. Luckily the dogs all seems to be from one family so none of them seem to be giving it a hard time, and it has a nice little area of wasteland to stay in so it doesn't go out onto the road part again. There's quite a few local people there as well, just living on the other side of the wasteland and I think they provide the dogs with some food so I assume they are looking out for it too. It seems well fed, and it moves around easily enough, and even has a bit of shelter (maybe set up for it by the locals), so I guess it is luckier than most really.
