If it's "Ranong Air", why does the site say:

Happy Air reserve the right to change flight times and airfares without prior notice.

The aircraft belongs to Happy Air. It's a Saab 340. It's been round the block a few times.

Air Asia has a good reputation and is highly profitable. Service is basic but their prices are cheap.

Nok Air is flying Bangkok - Ranong - Bangkok on a daily basis; their price and services are quite good.
