In Rawai yesterday i saw a black Fortuner with signs on both sides saying volunteer tourist police
The driver was wearing a black uniform with badges all over it and by his attitude must have the military rank of General
I do not think he is a member of the local VTP but on holidays here from Pattaya
Has anyone else seen this strange character driving around

Actually its quite simple. His ex cut off his dick a few years ago and fed it to the dog. He has been having a hard time adjusting to his new circumstances.

He's visiting to thailand to receive its now legendary treatments for dealing with fragile ego and small penis syndrome. His case must be quite bad as normally just the fortuna is enough to restore the victims sense of self worth.... the worst cases usually just need the addition of a gun to the fortuna. but i his case he's got the works:

fair enough, bit lets not loose sight of the fact that these penal substitute and fragile ego treatments because so advanced here because of the demand for these services by locals.

I've observed the ones at the immigration office being quite helpful to people who have overstayed or something and need guidance navigating the place, pointing them to the right desk or what have you and helping them with forms etc.

They can be a bit over-zealous though, a couple of years ago I walked in alone to renew (not 90 day reporting) while my wife was outside on her phone and they swarmed until a guy in the back desk recognised me and waved me over.


Can't comment on the guy in Rawai though as I almost never go down there.
