Once upon a time the Dragon Lady wished to return to her homeland to visit her family and because I'm such a nice croc,well that was just fine by me.However as I am not a fan of the MIL and had visited the Land of the Wrong White Crowd many times I suggested I might visit Thailand.You can imagine my surprise when the Fire Breather grunted her consent.
Well quicker than you can say Yul Brunner I was reclining comfortably on Karon Beach.Oh and a mate from work came along to keep me company.

Thanks Crocman. I had no idea Phuket was so developed! Seems a shame to me if, it is the 'hole some make it out to be.

^Phuket is rather a large island so even though built up in places, you can still find empty spaces.As for being a shithole,personally I've never had any dramas and so far the place has met my expectations by providing the hotels,climate,dining and activities that I look for when travelling.
