Hello i looking for as high as poss for the sea view under 1,250,000 ,i am looking for as much as possible in the way of size etc. I could pay cash and pay in the uk if that helps.

Not selling personally but dont think you will get a very high location with sea view for that price.

There is a development in Jomtien called Jomtien Mountain View that is about 1km from the sea but the upper floors will have a good sea view. Not sure of the prices but if you want the developers details pm me.

Also beware of paying monies for a condo in the UK. In order to transfer the title deed at the land office you will need a Thai bank to issue an exchange control form (Tor Tor 3) which shows you have sent monies here for investment in Thailand. Again if you need to know more about that pm me.

1.25M might get you an upper floor 32sqm condo in View Talay 1, with a dodgy company free of charge.

view talay 1 but as i have owned view talay 2 is much better if you can afford 1.5 mil

view talay 2b condo want to sales. 37 sqm floor 10 pattaya side.
full furniture just 1,190,000 Bath only. very cheap with this room because owner want to go back home so want to sales quickly.
I garantee lovely studio for sales by owner farang name.

You could find that at Jomtien Beach Condo, Building S1 is the best and should be around that price.
