Not sure of the prices but if you want the developers details pm me. Also beware of paying monies for a condo in the UK. In order to transfer the title deed at the land office you will need a Thai bank to issue an exchange control form (Tor Tor 3) which shows you have sent monies here for investment in Thailand.
