| I conducted my investigation today. Coincidentally there was a tenants' meeting and they are pissed off! VT6 lied to the buyers. Many bought off the plans years ago when the Chinese owners promised that the air vents of Central Mall would be on soi 9 as would the entrance to the parking but the police didn't want that. Also, the hotel was to be built on 2nd road (east roof). 2 scoops of bullshit and they are livid. Also not a single beach chair in the pool area so you have the scalding pavement or the scalding marble slabs or bring your own chair (BYOC). So there are many deals to be had on rentals there starting at 8000/month because people want out. There are 2nd road bars opposite VT6 which play live music until 4am. Central is too powerful so the tenants are helpless. Some tenants told me their 2+ million THB condo is as worthless as a truck load of dead rats in a tampon factory. |

| helllllo every a body....... probably a bit annoying for the condo owners on the north side, but the central is great for the city. When buying a condo in central pattaya on beachroad its in the cards that there can be noise from bars so common sense should have rung the alarm bell from before purchase. Reg minor stuff like chairs and shit I belive its a managable problem to solve for all the farang brainpower resiting the VT6 |
