Is it advisable to buy property in the present climate? any chance of the baht increasing to a decent level in the near future??

Prices may drop thruout the year, but you can buy condos at least 30 - 40% less. The bigger the condo, the more baht you'll save! I just bought a 1 br, 2 ba. condo in View Talay 2, 12th floor, sea view, for 2.6 million. Three months ago, the price was 4 million!
