Can anybody recommend an agent to rent out your condo?

Whilst I understand the language barrier etc I'm a little stunned at the slow responses from agents via email when discussing potential buys.
It worries me about using them to rent a place out.

So far Fair Properties have been easily the best in this regard.

Can anybody recommend one?

Despite the huge amount of agents in the area none of them stand out. There is little competition on price and service generally is poor. A big for rent sign on your balcony or a card in Carrefour/Foodland is a better and cheaper option. Your experience with emailing them is just normal practice.
Last time I was in UK an agent rented out my condo at a 25 % discount on my price for 6 months over high season.Despite having my email and phone number they didn't contact me to ask if I was happy with the deal. I wasn't. The tenant left a few days early and the agent refunded the deposit without checking the condo. He had broken the back of the sofa and left with the safety box key. When I complained the agent didn't want to know.

The sales and rental markets are very flat now. Political instability and now the Recession.
I use about 20 agents in Pattaya & Jomtein but only about 5-7 of them are any good.

Recommendations for Closing Real Estate Attorneys?

I'm looking for a reasonably priced real estate attorney who can handle contracts - no real estate agencies are involved, just a private transaction between two individuals.
If you don't know of any, how can I find them(I tried Googling Pattaya real estate attorneys, but no luck)

I used a Company located near Tesco on Thappraya Road - a Swiss Law Firm - in one of the Building on the right - hand side when you drive towards Tesco from Jomtien (where the Friday night markets are).
He handled the sale without any problems and I can recommend them.
Will give you phone Number - if you PM back.

thanks for the referral

It's been 3 months (or longer) since I made the request, so I was able to find someone, yes, on Threpasit Rd! She charged me 11,425 baht for the report(which was lower than anyone else) and I am more than satisfied. If you're looking for a cheaper company than you have, I'll be happy to send you the referral.
