Fox Property Investment/ About Us

We are a Thai based company that specialises in Property Investments in Thailand.

We focus on real estate development projects, many being off-plan property investments, although we also offer re-sales of property that we consider to be that little bit special.

Presently we are concentrating on the Pattaya area as we feel that this part of Thailand gives the best value for money, has the best infrastructures and benefits from so many existing and further planned ammenities. The weather in Pattaya is also very good all year round. All of these facts are, of course, very important when considering investing in property. Our investment options consist of condos, villas, houses, and land.
We give a service to our clients and investors that allows you to benefit from our knowledge and experience and ensures that you get the right properties at sensible prices to enable them to be secure and profitable investments, regardless of whether you will be using your property as a retirement/holiday home or renting it out for income.

I think you will find most estate agents are not really that interested in a one month letting.

This is real estate agent spin at its very worst.
Pattaya property prices are not the best value for money in Thailand, not since about 15 years ago.
Pattaya infrastructure is creaking and planning for future development could be considered a joke at best.

I can understand you focusing on Pattaya because thats where the biggest concentration of farangs with more money than sense hang out but please dont bother with the 'Pattaya" is the new Singapore patter.

Cambodia. Your posting style seems very familiar.

I think what was meant to be said was 'Pattaya represents the best investment return available in Thailand OF ALL THE RESORT AREAS'. This is true.
BTW Cambodia is not in Thailand and what makes it a good investment anyway?

Clever use of "Resort Areas" there. I doubt Pattaya represents the best investment return available in Thailand, but then I doubt any of the resort areas do

I agree with William. Too many projects in Pattaya. But at the same time, condos here are probably twice the price of 10 years ago!

Rayong sounds nice...
