| Can anybody recommend an agent to rent out your condo? Whilst I understand the language barrier etc I'm a little stunned at the slow responses from agents via email when discussing potential buys. It worries me about using them to rent a place out. So far Fair Properties have been easily the best in this regard. Can anybody recommend one? |

| Despite the huge amount of agents in the area none of them stand out. There is little competition on price and service generally is poor. A big for rent sign on your balcony or a card in Carrefour/Foodland is a better and cheaper option. Your experience with emailing them is just normal practice. Last time I was in UK an agent rented out my condo at a 25 % discount on my price for 6 months over high season.Despite having my email and phone number they didn't contact me to ask if I was happy with the deal. I wasn't. The tenant left a few days early and the agent refunded the deposit without checking the condo. He had broken the back of the sofa and left with the safety box key. When I complained the agent didn't want to know. ![]() |
