Unique Bar/Restaurant Business for Sale on Second Road

Directly across the street from the world-famous Tiffany's show on Second Road just before Big C, on the corner of Drinking Street, this intriguing business is offered for sale. The owner must return to the UK in a few weeks, so he has told us to "consider all serious offers". The bar is located on the corner of a block of beer bars, in the most advantageous location, directly on the street-front of Second Road. What's more, the seller has covered/enclosed the sidewalk in front of the bar, and placed tables and chairs on the sidewalk. carpe diem? dont you mean caveat emptor?

I dont know if I am thinking of the right place but the yearly profit seems high. And why the sudden return to the uk? problems with the owners? the police and licences?
