| The Dog | Pattaya Bar and Restaurant for sale Unique Bar/Restaurant Business for Sale on Second Road Directly across the street from the world-famous Tiffany's show on Second Road just before Big C, on the corner of Drinking Street, this intriguing business is offered for sale. The owner must return to the UK in a few weeks, so he has told us to "consider all serious offers". The bar is located on the corner of a block of beer bars, in the most advantageous location, directly on the street-front of Second Road. What's more, the seller has covered/enclosed the sidewalk in front of the bar, and placed tables and chairs on the sidewalk. Add a very little cooking equipment and you could have a charming sidewalk café, sure to be a big hit in this location. This isn't a small cubbyhole bar. It seats 50. There are 2 pool tables. It operates now from 1630 to 0200, but as a "restaurant" could be open 24/7. Last year gross sales were 2.5-million baht, with profits of 1.2-million baht. With some small improvements and maybe extended hours, the profit potential would increase dramatically. Costs are moderate. The rent is only 10,000 baht/month. The owner of the property charges key money of 400,000-baht each year. That would work out to a total payment of about 43,500-baht/month, which for the size and location is about right, leaving plenty of room for profit. The seller is asking 1.7-million for the business. He is highly motivated. This will move quickly, so carpe diem. Total Investment To Own: 1,700,000 Baht (EE0710039) More details

| carpe diem? dont you mean caveat emptor? I dont know if I am thinking of the right place but the yearly profit seems high. And why the sudden return to the uk? problems with the owners? the police and licences? ( I know you dont know ) or maybe you do dd!
