what about this for a load of sales bullshit...monthly revenue of 120,000 from the 8 rooms means the rooms are turning an annual income of 1.44 million...then 250,000 in restaurant sales = 3mil...topped off by 500,000 from the bar x12 =6mil... so from a total revenue of more than 10 million baht they can only turn a profit of 190.000 or 15,000 per month...

looks like they talked themselves out of a sale with their own verbosity...

Anyway please disregard the prices that are listed from Evans as some have gone up and some have come down, quite amazing what can happen in 5 days, dont think I shall bother posting anymore of their emails as I know I cant be bothered changing the prices every 5 days.
