lets say the house cost 2 million tops to build. That makes the land about 27,000 baht per talang wah.

Going further away from Pattaya towards Sattahip and then turning into Soi Chaiyapruek 2, down there the villages land prices start at 20 odd thousand per farang wah, and that was over a year ago, probably nearer 2 years ago, my land has nearly quadrupled in price in the last couple of years, well judging by the asking price my neighbours are trying to sell at.
