    I met the Russian owner about 8 years ago when it was being built. He showed us around it.

    He was a really jovial character, who, when Viktor Bout got arrested and I saw his photo in the paper, I could have sworn it was him, and still believe it was.

    Yes it is the home of French owner who created and sold AsiaRooms to TLC, but I wonder why he built a 100 million Thb building without sea view ?

    Because he also didn't want to be seen ?

    I saw this building when trying to find a condo to buy, but I think this place is too expensive for me :-)
