| The Dog | Pattaya Kiss Food & Drink Siam Country Club Road This Pattaya Kiss Restaurant opened about a year ago and I finally went to it, quite nicely done out and open air, I think this is their fourth restaurant in the Pattaya area, they have one in the shopping complex in North Pattaya, one in Naklua and the original on the corner of second road and soi Diana Inn in Pattaya (Kiss Restaurant in Pattaya) . They got about parking for 6 cars and seating for about 20 vehicles of people although you can probably park outside the sauna place next door, although I wish someone had told that to the foking idiot that blocked us in. The menu is the same as all the other Kiss Restaurants, all the main Thai dishes and a dozen or so international dishes, plus desserts and sandwiches, obviously the sandwiches are made for the Thai palate so they use that awful bread, but at the prices they charge they couldn't do them with the good stuff. ![]() Nice looking restaurant aint it, even let you smoke in there although you have to ask for an ashtray ![]() My spaghetti was 70baht and they didn't stand over you while you covered it in parmesan cheese, tasted quite nice although not too sure how authentic the peas and carrots make it but they give it some color. ![]() That half a chicken and chips was 150baht, it was actually quite a big chicken when it was alive judging by the meat on it, I thought it would be one of those skinny little buggers they sell at the market, it also came with a bowl of their home made BBQ sauce, that needs a bit more work on it but was ok. ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ^^ The chook n chips looks pretty good DD. The Bolognaise, well I hope it tasted OK. It's nice to have a 24 hr chew n spew on the Darkside now. It also sells beer of course, so you can make a welcome Pit stop on the way home after one of those nights in Pattaya. It's a cheapie so you can't judge it by haute cuisine standards, but some of the stuff they do is quite tasty, and good value for money. Their hamburgers are fine They do a deep fried fish with sweet n sour sauce which is surprisingly good Their Chinese style beef noodle soup is very tasty I don't like those lousy thin cut T bone steaks, but someone I was with had it and pronounced it fine Their breakfasts suck though- those orrible chicken sausages Now we've got Kiss, people are guessing when we'll be getting our first KFC and Macca's on the Darkside, and where.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You can't knock their bacon cheeseburgers for 38 baht, many a night i've stopped and picked up a couple to take home at stupid o'clock in the morning. I know the Kiss restaurant on Soi Dianna/3rd road gets a lot of flak but never having eaten anything from there i can't comment, but the one on Siam Country Club has never given me reason to complain. Also the massage place next door has been getting rave reviews if you require some excersise to work off your meal, as in they have a swimming pool!!!!!! |

Then one day I wandered across there from Kiss to check out their range of services and prices, and was getting all sorts of unseemly looks from a surfeit of loitering ladies. Best of both worlds maybe. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The chicken & chips looked alright and great value at 150 Bt, as for the spag bol, you gotta remember DD usually dine at 7 /11 so its acceptable given the price point. For me I applaud these open all hours el cheapo places, reminds me of driving back from a piss up night at the Manly hotel and stopping as the Spit junction for a greasy hamburger and even greasier chips. |
