Collingbourne's Auction sell motor vehicles including the 2 wheel version weekly I believe every Saturday morning.

Ask around your local bars about people who might want to sell their bike, people do on a regular basis when leaving Thailand
I know a bloke who has a guesthouse and restaurant in Khao Lak who gets his hire bikes by doing this, pays on average 15K baht for bikes in good condition
