This chain has exploded over the last 2 years and they now have a monoply on Pattaya sports bars. I cant believe nobody has thought of this before.....sell em cheap and pack em in
Before the customers were your loud drunken English chang vest holidaymakers but now the place is full of ex pats, Aussies, Dutch,German anyone really who likes sport and cheap grub.
hum, sounds too good to be true, probably another British scam, create an impression of sucess to sell it back to some suckers couple of years later

by the look of the Thai boxing "owner", definitely your typical petty British gangster
    I'm a "petty gangster"

I don't drink , do drugs, smoke and in my house most days for 7 pm Gangster Life ay ?

You must enjoy it though, You certainly would not be doing it to get on the get filthy rich bandwagon.

Doing business in this Shit house is only for the brave and seriously demented.

    Jesus Christ,

In one post ... I'm a gangster and a scammer, called that by people who've never met me. Or probably never even been to Thailand. Me being called a Pom is tame in comparison mate.

    Na,

Much rather be tarnished as a Gangster and a Scammer as these two require a bit of skill.

Being called a Pom is the ultimate insult simply because they are so common.

Hurtful, disgusting, low blow, which ever way ya look at it.

dragonfly , aka butterfly is a strange fat belgian fcuk

he works as a fluffer in a boiler room in europe and normally has a mouth full of cum

in thailand he spends his time trying to fit as many ladyboy cocks up his arse as he can during his annual weekend away

I doubt you would want him to visit your resturant / bar and scare other customers away with his tales of ladyboy bukakke sessions
If you torture data for enough time , you can get it to say what you want.

Amazed that anyone would bother responding to anonymous folk on an insignificant internet site about their business.
    Presumably, the chap is bored.

Incidentally, how many investors have been hooked in response to your invitations?

That's quite a good idea given the degree of stupidity most British from the lower end can exhibit.

The best they could do with the Avenue is to demolish it and build another condo/hotel.
There is a lift for those that need.

I dont want to call any individual a scammer, pr se.
Just a way of saying the consept pretends to be fare more
    then it is.
Just saying that to pretend the consept is a
franchise business is not correct, in fact very misleading.
Trying to sell the avenue place at such a price pretending its a
money maker, appears to be misleading.
A thorough due diligence is required.

Proper due diligence is required in any business acquisition.
It's up to the purchaser to satisfy him/herself of current sales achievement, and anyone buying a catering establishment should be looking at forward increased sales and profitability I would suggest.
Personally, I wouldn't enter into any business in Thailand but some seem to have made a good go at it and done well.
I have always found the RH to be good value, clean and has a good atmosphere.

With respect it's not often a business guru is available for comment.........
Anyway.... I hear there is no more beer (and I mean beer) available in Pattaya,

Manymanymany places can sell standard uk pub grub and every swingin' dick can supply lager and cider.
What made the Retox Chain of Pubs for me (and many like minded people) was the ubiquitous broon beer de jour eg London Pride / IPA/ Ruddles/OSH.
Consumed in an enjoyable air-con environment with TVsports, food, newspaper and looky looky nice staff.
Notice the past tense. You know it makes sense. Import the beer

So if I understand correctly (and I'm fairly sure I don't) you're saying these beers used to be sold in Pattaya but aren't any longer?

Ive never understood the desire for the carvery in Pattaya. You dont see this anywhere else in Thailand. How many trips can one make to the buffet counter before feeling stuffed?

Which reminds me... any news from Topper?

Is another crowd funding on its way to get burgers & rips smuggled to his new 'accomodation'?
