You can always tell who the unfit weights freaks are, usually they are too obsessed with biceps and chest and too lazy to do triceps, as it requires real sweat and strengh, pain, and they'll also have arms they have trouble straightening.

They'll deliberately wear a sleeveless top and walk around with their arms at a 90 degree angle with their bicep tensed.

    Seen them around? Yes!

It's the same as the old coonts who do a few weights and have a few crap Tatts.

Ya see em walking around BKK with their muscle T shirt on with either a much younger Thai girl or their old Western bint.

They think their cool and hip.

Na, you are an old crusty coont still.

    Put ya fookin shirt on.

So wearing gym shorts in a fucking gym in a Thai municipal gym is prohibited???

What fucking long pants would anyone wear, fah chrissakes?

Levi jeans? Chinos? Linen? Worsted wool with a double pleat and expandable waist doobries? Jodhpurs? Tae-kwon-doe tunics? Me South American dancing bolero flares??

Christ, Terry, the weird things you get up to, to catch a glimpse of chickenhead meat.

Be that as it may, the question remains, what fucking trousers is one expected to wear in a municipal Thai gym if gym shorts are prohibited?

Anyway, gym routines are quite redundant given a sensible regime of press ups, sit ups, squats, ab curlers, pec dribblers and repeatedly clenching one's fundament muscles in the privacy of one's own home.

But I suspect you go for other reasons, you naughty little Spartacus.

    Hey Jimmy boy,

I once seen Thegent sweating up a storm whilst exercising.

His nurse was pushing his wheel chair way to fast.

I have absolutely no idea what you mean by 'sweat pants' but I have heard of track suit bottoms but given I am neither an athlete nor an underclass oik from the lower end, that piece of apparel does not appear in my wardrobe. And nor do I suspect does it figure in any Thai chap's clothing. Wimmin wear leggings and tights, but no Thai man would wear anything other than lycra shorts or plain gym shorts.

Clearly, Terry is making it up. Why?? Go figure, he's an Antipodean. You of course are merely an oik.

Push ups do all the muscles, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, laterals etc etc. While you do them look up ahead and not down, gets the neck muscles looking good too.

Sit ups get the 6 pack, but a low or zero fat has to strip the fat off the six pack to make it visible.

Real sweat work, gets you fitter too.
    Fuck the weights

I bet most of them mirror men couldn't do 10 push ups if challenged. Their overdeveloped tight chest/arms from the weights don't allow them to be flexible enough.
