A bizarre question for the Patters topic... I ripped out an advert from Niel's fishwrap 1+ years ago.
It was for a electric wheelchair shop between Pats/Jomtien and I can't locate their website via Goog/bing.

Talk of electric wheelchairs got me thinking about the old guy who used to drive around Pattaya on a mobility scooter with a young bird hanging off the back. Him hunched over the handle bars like a geriatric Hells Angel with his bitch riding shotgun usually dressed in hot pants and high heels
