Where to get real Omega watch adjusted

I'm probably going to be buying an Omega Seamaster (real one) after years of deliberating over them. I will be buying it in Dubai airport on the way home from work. I've spoke to the dealer in the airport and he said they don't have anyone in the shop in the airport to adjust the wrist strap for me.
I'll be heading straight down to Pattaya, does anyone know of any registered Omega dealers in Pattaya or a decent jewller who could do the adjustment?

There's a small watch stall outside the gold shop near the market on South Pattaya Road, he's pretty good, but stay there while he does it or he may nick your inards of your watch and stick something else in there

    Mate, this amazes me.

You're spending God knows how much, and they can't adjust the fokin strap!

Get out of here, you're joking.

Tell the idle cnuts to find someone to do it or it's no deal. Fok em.

How much are you going to be handing over?

And they can't adjust the fokin strap.

That sounds like something Butters would do in BoyzTown.

    Fok me dead.

It's like buying an expensive pair of shoes but there's no one there to fit the laces.

Sorry, mate. I'd be buying elsewhere.

Dubai duty free is one of the cheapest in the world, so what if it costs an extra 100baht to get the strap adjusted.

Start for about 1500 dollars in the US, so in Dubai it must be a lot less.

Cheers for all the useful advice, well 1 post anyway !
The same watch is 15000 baht more expensive to buy in Thailand, I can get it from the internet at about same price as Dubai airport- still need to get adjusted and warranty is reduced if buy from the 'net.
I reckon a coupla hundred baht to get it adjusted is no big deal but I would rather get it done at a jewellers if possible.

Yep. Dont buy this watch from there. It is most likely a fake. Only ever buy from an Authorized Dealer. Period. Otherwise it is a fake. If you are buying from an non AD then make sure you take it to an AD first do validate the timepiece.

Somehow I just can't see the only luxury watch dealer in Dubai airport selling fake watches. They have said they can supply me with the serial number prior to purchase so I can check directly with Omega before buying.

Don't worry, some of the fake ones are better than the real ones these days. Either way, for that money you should get a half decent timepiece.

Don't they have the right to destroy it if it's a copy. I think they do.

I always use the one opposite MBK, on the corner of sukhumit rd.

Having said that, any idiot jeweler shop could adjust a band.

I'm hoping any jeweller could do it as long as they have the correct tools as the website says it is not just a starightforward pin but has 2 bushings also.

Certainly wouldn't give it to a non AD to service but I reckon for strap adjustment it should be OK.
