    Pattaya Personal Trainer?

Any recommendations? Preferably in an established gym with free weights but I am not a fan of tony's set ups.

Personal trainers are for divas with cellulite thighs and 100000 followers on facebook.

    Does that describe you?

No they are not. My brother has a professional trainer, and the difference in 6 months has been phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. As an example, using free weights, doing reps through the burn when you need someone to spot you. Can't be done by yourself....

So, as the thread states, if anyone knows of a decent trainer here in Pattaya, I would be glad of the referral.

A good effort Pseud. Ask for PT reccomendations and hope someone will put your real name forward and spin off a few extra customers for your gym?

Seriously though, your best bet is to join a girls aerobics class. Never seen blokes try so hard to impress.

You must be joking pal - I wish I did have the physique to be a personal trainer, but even then I wouldn't. Couldn't handle the pay cut.

The missus would never allow that. I joined her in Yoga in True Fitness BKK once, and she never let me go back again. I told her I just wanted to watch to see if I could do it, and watch I did. When I started taking pictures with my phone I was informed that experiment was over.

    What's wrong with Tony's ?

I have used his gyms good as any!

Sounds to me like you need a training partner to spot you not a personal trainer.

What's your condition like at present Pseudo and what you aiming for?

Unless you are a complete workout novice lacking motivation a personal trainer is not needed, unless it is a diva thing!

You might be right there. I am not able to be regular time wise each day though so this does pose a problem. Easier to have someone there to meet you eachday when you choose.

Gym at the market Jomtien - right hand side as you drive in.

See loads of Thai PT's there mate, sniffing at the Scandy lady gash they be.

No aircon, so your gonna have to 'gym fine' one and takeaway.

Worth an ask if you are having a drinky at the market.

Bloody hell - I forgot all about gyms that side of town with the russian sluts. What a fool I am!!!!!!!!!!

You have ruined my evening now.

In reality though, too far away from home and office....so not going to happen. Might punch in a few weekend workouts there though, firm up, and if the gymfine is not on, pop into Winchesters for a swift half.

This Tony Guy is connected to most gyms I looked at.

The one I used most was on the Third road, coming up South Pattaya Rd from Beach Rd turn right couple of hundred yards along can't miss it.

Well equipped gym with another section on the opposite side of the road, pretty sure they have A.C.

Also have a nice size pool to do a few laps after your workout.

If you don't already know this place it will be worth a look as it will cater for all your workout requirements.( They have bods there to spot you )

I was going to post a thread ages back, a funny story about the first time I stopped by to take a look in a Muay Thai gym I used a few times. Sadly the place had been redeveloped so I couldn't get the photos I wanted.

Never felt so much of a cnut in all my life!

^^No aircon is not for everyone, though they do have fans everywhere.

Not a bad gym mate, I have known the Thai/Laos owners for years.

Decent people and you should get decent advice on a PT.

Alot of freelancers from Kinnaree also train there.

Its all too far away really - I would have to drive there which have defeats the point. Out of interest though, which days are there a greater proportion of scandie tarts in there, in lycra, getting all pert?

Would this personal trainer need to be practiced and sufficient towards diet, inner spirituality, and over all well-being?

Physical components are touching the surface.
