Address in Pattaya?

I received an item from someone in Pattaya. I need to return it but don't believe the return address to be correct. I tried Google but couldn't find it on there. By chance does anyone know if this address is genuine?

I reckon it should be something like

569/7 Grand Tanyawan 1
Moo 15 Thappraya Rd
Jomtien 20150.

Possibly chuck a Pratamnak in front off Jomtien but that should not make a difference.

I can find rooms/condo's for rent in Grand Tanyawan 1 so I guess it must exist.

The spelling of 'Tuppraya 15' is wrong. It should be 'Thap Praya 15' according to Google Maps. Thanks Fondles
