    Biogents mosquito traps

Does anyone have any experience with Biogents mosquito traps? I'm thinking of getting one but not sure how well they work. Also, there's always the theory that the traps actually attract more mosquitoes to the area, like the black light bug zappers.

    Never used that one.
The traps do attract mozzies, would work else would they?
But if they are kept going they depopulate the surrounds after while, once the backlog is killed the area will remain depopulated.

Don't know what a Biogents is but I had a great mosquito trap that has finally died after 10+ years. It was a black light with a fan that just blew the mozzies down into a net bag. When the mosquito around the house became a nuisance, I would run it every night. Did a very good job of keeping the numbers down. Wish I could find another just like it.

The Ones called "Black Hole" are supposed to work.

There a black one called pro or something it is about 600B more and switches on automatically at dusk. Junior ones are OK .

    Home Pro, Big C, Central.

If you put a couple of pieces of wire around it would that stop them?

Loy Toy invented the best one I have ever seen. It was in a house being rented by larvichar. During the flood I could not sit outside at my house in Pattaya at sunset, at his nary a skeeter one. 4 houses away same side of the street.
