Morning all ,
Next week I would like to visit a friend in Chiang Mai .
It would be my first trip there so I am writing to ask for any feed back on the easiest way to get there .
My most convenient departure point would be Nong Khai .

Take a bus from Udon to Chiang Mai.
They leave early evening
Don't think there is a direct bus from Nong Khai

Google maps, enter start point and then finish point and get a print off.
