Farang bar in Korat raided by the B.i.B.
The Ram bar in korat was raided by the B.i.B.last week in the police never ending search against Major Crime. About 8 officers arrived at the Ram Bar to discover a game of Dominoes in progress inside. The Quiz in progress outside was deemed legal. It was in English anyway! But the Dominoes game being played inside by the Falang's partners was deemed Illegal Gambling. 3 fines of 400 bht were taken from the players,with 1 fine of 300 bht from the fourth lady who had played out here 6 dominoes,but was still sitting at the table. 68 bht was also confiscated off the table as the proceeds of gambling.
A Major Success against crime in Nakhron Ratchisma.
No action taken against the Thai owner of the bar( she was outside filling the ice bucket !) or her Falang partner (who kept his head well down!)
