It has a new name “FRIENDS”.
Arne and his "lovely" wife have departed and Chris and Wan now have the place.
Chris is the pie making Maori that many of you will know, so expect the food to be very good.

Arne's wife was the reason the place failed - he went home to Norway for work and she alienated all the clientele within a week. Sad really, he is a great guy.

Padding bills, putting Thai soap operas on the TV and having morlam blaring at the same time always seemed to do the trick in Phuket.

3. Appear mid morning hungover, unwashed, half dressed
4. Ignore customers or treat them with contempt
5. Sack the good staff and keep cronies
6. Cease all cleaning
7. Allow staff to emulate your own slovenly ways

etc., etc., she is a real piece of work and poor old Arne deserves better

straight until T junction - turn right
take 1st left
after you reach the water on your right, you will see the bar with lots of flags on your left

I'd say stocky rather than hefty but could be the same guy - he's into big motorbikes
