Searching for good builder in Kalasin

Any information, contact number, etc., regarding a good builder in Kalasin would be greatly appreciated.
House to be is 200 Sqm, U-shape, aluminum windows (installed by company), etc.
Basically, looking for some good hands (labor only) for superblock, wood floors (prefinished), tile, electrical and other finishes.
    Thanks in advance...

Labour only blows out all the building companies, have a wander round the local whore houses and get some labour.

They will certainly travel, as they did my place in Ubon. Quite happy with them too.

Good builder and labor only not something your likely to find. I know a very good builder in Roiet who might be interested but not labor only.

To update this thread....We have found an excellent builder in Kalasin with a "labor only"
contract. They are very quick also. The foundation footings and support column steel already in place, fill happening today and grade beams to be poured on Thursday. If the quality of the finish work is anywhere close to the quality where we found them working, we will be very pleased and happy to recommend them.

    Hey Sabang,

Had a good look at your house - very impressive. One quick question though please, what is the companies name as me and the missus have a parcel of land (1 rai) over in Kut Chik (30km's from KK) that we are keen to put a quality house on fairly soon.

    Cheers, Ozzycol...

The builders name is Dit, and the wife is Orr. I'm not aware they have a limited company as such- just a husband and wife team, and a bunch of workers. I'll PM you their number Col.

Looks like this company will only do an entire build and not consider labor only. May be OK if you do not have a lot of time to spend on site, but more expensive than buying all the materials yourself and subcontracting things out. It would be interesting to see what they ask for their services, but probably more than I am willing to pay.
