Anybody heard of the Green Gecko - a private pool villa for rent in the countryside of the Northeast or Isan - out of Udon Thani. Supposed to be designed as typical Thai house. Thought it might be a nice place to get out into the little rural villages and markets, visiting the local village school and the UNESCO site at Ban Chiang.
Recommendations on similiar places welcome.
