House Rental

I'm hoping to make the move to LOS later this year if all goes well, on previous trips to Korat/Phimai area I have made tentative enquiries with regard to long term renting, I would be looking for furnished, 2 bed bungalow type accommodation, not to much garden,but enough to enjoy if you know what I mean, air con,satellite TV etc. Not in a town but on the fringes would be good allowing easy access to local amenities.

Can anyone in that part of the world give me an idea of long term rental prices at the moment, my last visit there was 6 months ago and my enquiries were made before that.

I have looked all over the forum but cannot find any references to Issan rental prices.
