    Line Trimmer

Anyone know where i can buy a two stroke powered line trimmer in the Ubon/Sisaket area? i already have one of those widow makers with the blades on it but dont feel safe when using it.
I have a line trimer head and a roll of line which i brought from bunnings in OZ but its not compatible with the widow maker.

Well I think you can just take the widow maker blades off, and replace them with a compatible line & spindle. There are various ways to jury rig this, if you don't have the 'manufacturers spec' line. I used to do that in oz all the time.

I'd be amazed if a local can't help you with that.

In Sisaket there are a couple of places to look. From the railway station walk towards the fresh food market. There are a couple of shops selling grass cutting stuff there. The other place is near that little bridge as you come from Ubon. Through the traffic lights the road narrows from multi lane to 2 lanes. The shop is on your right next to the bridge.

There are a few places in Ubon selling strimmers to try. One would be Ubonwasada.

No guarantees they have what you're after in stock but worth a try.
