Sent my lady in Isaan a priority post letter, but forgot to put village number on it - going to Nakhon Phanom. Any chance it will still be delivered to her post office? She's in the Pla Pak District?

If there was money in it, 'A Cat in Hells Chance' comes to mind.
But that would be true even if it were addressed properly.
