so burma got trashed by a cyclone, whats the news from issan? big winds? rain? what was it like ? heard it was going to swing round the northeast of thailand?

Burma's northern hemisphere, so it's a typhoon.
Don't think it's even reached the status of a severe tropical storm in Isaan.
Theres been heavy rain in Ubon, but I don't think it's part of the same system.
