My wife and I are considering a move to Roi-Et to be closer to her family (Kamalasai)( and I'm hoping to connect with any expats living there to get some advice on how to find a house to rent and other general questions.
I plan to make a trip there in a couple of weeks and get started on house hunting. Looking forward to hearing from anyone living in Roi-Et or who has been there recently and knows the area.

Rimpao Hotel
Stay here in Kalasin. Stayed there for a night on a road trip once and it seems close to Kamalasai. I was just passing through but it was a nice place.

Kamalasai is closer to Kalasin (21km) than Roiet (30km). Roi-et - isn't that the farang "suicided" capital of Isaan?Quote:
