Korat is more expensive than other places in Isaan.

Out in the village, one rai could be around 100 000 baht.
In the city, 10 000 baht per talang wah is expensive.
You will get that price near Pluk Panya school (it's not even IN the city) or new developments near a big road.

But you can find 15 000 baht per talang wah in nice areas, with big houses for example, that are even NOT in the city.

    Isaan Lawyers

Just to give you an example, I saw today an add in Bangkok, near BTS asoke, 320 000 baht for 1 talang wah! (that's 4 Sq.m). So, BKK is 32 times more expensive that the most expensive in Korat.
